Message car in an "Controlled environment" than driving on the public street, then I have ocean front property in Arizona. We have Bondurant school of high performance driving here . You drive the school's cars, not your own. It costs about about couple of grand for two day course. I am sure their liability insurance premuims is much higher than yours. You have to sign liability waivers also. The same think when you take your car to a private track. You sign liability waivers because of the higher inherit risk. To say you have less risk in such an event goes against common sense.
